Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short  The Trial costs nothing. Paid plans (Peon, Chote Babu and Bade Babu) are one-time payments for the period you choose — there is no auto-renewal and no auto-debit, so you are never charged unexpectedly. Paid plans are non-refundable once activated, except for duplicate or accidental charges.

1. Cancellation

• Paid plans are one-time payments — there is no recurring subscription and nothing is ever debited automatically.
• When your paid period ends, paid features simply stop unless you choose to renew. There is nothing you need to cancel to stop future charges.
• The one-time Trial (5 autofills per device) has nothing to cancel — no payment details are ever taken for it.

2. Refunds

• Trial: no payment is taken, so there's nothing to refund.
• Peon, Chote Babu & Bade Babu: payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated. Because plans do not auto-renew, you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that unless you choose to pay again.
• Duplicate or accidental charges: if you were charged twice, or charged in error, we'll refund the extra amount in full.

3. How to request a refund

Email mptreasuryautofill@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and include your Razorpay payment reference / order ID. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or card provider.
